It was truly an honor to attend the Chartering Ceremony and Officer Installation of the Kiwanis Club of Kenneth City, Florida. A very special thank you to Kiwanian Tom Hession and Lieutenant Governor Joe Dobrinski for inviting me to share in this wonderful evening and an important moment in the growth of the Kiwanis family.
Congratulations to President Will Herbert and the entire 2026–2027 club leadership team, including Cara Keelin, Matt Keelin, Stacie Gaffrey, Taylor Adams, and Joseph Lesho, along with all of the club’s charter members. It was wonderful to see the enthusiasm in the room as these new Kiwanians made their commitment to service. The club is already becoming involved in its community, including partnering with the Town of Kenneth City and Hollins High School on a community Color Run. Hollins High School
As Vice Governor of the Florida District, one of the most rewarding parts of traveling throughout Florida is seeing Kiwanis grow firsthand. Every new club brings new ideas, new friendships, new leaders, and most importantly, more hands working together to serve our children and our communities. Congratulations to everyone who worked to make the Kiwanis Club of Kenneth City a reality. I look forward to watching this club grow, serve, and build its own proud Kiwanis history for many years to come.

Thank you, Key Club members, for all you do at your schools and in your communities! Your compassion, enthusiasm, and service make our district and Kiwanis family stronger every day. 🙌
Key Club is the high school branch of the Kiwanis family. Guided by the core values of caring, inclusiveness, character building, and leadership, Key Club members grow as individuals while giving back to their communities. 🌎
Florida Kiwanians, want to get involved? Email our Key Club District Administrator, Alan Quon, at [email protected]. He can help connect you with Key Club student leaders to partner on service projects and support clubs at nearby high schools. 🏫
