BYLAWS REQUIRE EVERY FLORIDA DISTRICT KIWANIS CLUB TO BE REGISTERED FOR CONVENTION. All Kiwanis Clubs in good standing are entitled to 3 delegates to the District Convention. A minimum of 1 delegate is required. All Past Lt. Governors regardless of the district served, who are members in good standing in a Florida District Kiwanis Club may be certified as Delegates-at-Large at the District Convention.
Past, Current Lt. Governors may represent any club in their division at the District Conventions. Incoming Lt. Governors can only be seated as Delegates-at-Large or Delegates of their home club. Alternates and Delegates-at-Large do not qualify for the $20 delegate credit.
