BYLAWS REQUIRE EVERY FLORIDA DISTRICT KIWANIS CLUB TO BE REGISTERED FOR THE CONVENTION.
All Kiwanis Clubs in good standing are entitled to 3 delegates to the District Convention. A minimum
of 1 delegate is required. All Past Lt. Governors regardless of the district served, who are members
in good standing in a Florida District Kiwanis Club may be certified as Delegates-at-Large at the
District Convention.

Past, Current Lt. Governors may represent any club in their division at the District Conventions.
Incoming Lt. Governors can only be seated as Delegates-at-Large or Delegates of their home club.
Alternates and Delegates-at-Large do not qualify for the $20 delegate credit.

Please list the names of any PAST LT. GOVERNORS from your club will be attending the District Convention. Past Lt. Governors are entitled to be certified as delegates-at-large. They may be seated in the House of Delegates in addition to your club's 3 delegates. Incoming Lieutenant Governors may be seated as delegates-at-large and can only represent the club in which they belong. (Alternates and delegates-at-large, including 2023-24 and 2024-25 Lt. Governors do not qualify for the $20.00 delegate credit).
