The 2026 Florida Kiwanis District Convention will be held at the Renaissance Seaworld in Orlando, Florida from Thursday, July 30th, 2026 through Sunday, August 2nd, 2026.

Standard Best Value Registration is $335.00 per person and includes the general sessions, Friday and Saturday luncheons, Saturday night banquet and the Sunday breakfast buffet. You may add additional a la carte meals for a guest to this package. Registration will increase to $360 on July 7th at 11:59 PM EST through July 24th based on availability. Late Registration may be available after July 24th while supplies last.
Registration Only is $195. It does not include any general sessions or meals, but you may add a la carte meals if you choose this option.
There is not an option to choose a la carte meals only without selecting one of the two registration options.
Standard Registration closes on July 7th, 11:59 PM. Registration and a la carte meals/general session tickets may be available after that date until they are sold out.

CERTIFIED CLUB DELEGATES
Article 10 Section 5. Each member club shall pay an assessment to the District, for each of its entitled three (3) delegates to the Annual District Convention, a sum equal to three (3) times the individual registration fee established by the District Board in its annual operational budget. This assessment, which shall not exceed $20.00 per delegate, shall be billed with District dues and must be paid by all clubs, whether or not they have three (3) delegates at the District Convention. Once paid, a club shall receive a $20 credit toward the registration fee for each of its three (3) certified club delegates.
“Each club is entitled to three elected delegates and three alternates who may serve if any delegate is absent. Club delegates and alternates must be active members of the clubs they represent. However, the Lieutenant Governor or a past Lieutenant Governor may represent any club in their division not otherwise represented by three delegates. Delegates must be elected by each club before the convention and be certified to the district by the club president and secretary.
Official delegates of a newly organized Kiwanis club shall be granted full privileges at District conventions if the charter has been approved by the Kiwanis International Board of Trustees, even if it has not been formally presented to the club. All officers and Lt. Governors-Designate of the Florida district and any Past Governors and Past Lieutenant Governors of any Kiwanis district who are active members of a Kiwanis club of the Florida District are delegates-at-large to all conventions.”
Alternates and delegates-at-large do not qualify for the $20.00 delegate credit.

FIRST-TIME CONVENTION ATTENDEES
There will be a casual and informative “First-Timers/Kiwanis 101” workshop held on Friday morning. Tips and tricks to make your first Kiwanis convention a complete success will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to learn about the bigger picture of Kiwanis and meet and mingle with other convention first-timers.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Registration cancellations must be emailed to the District Convention Chair, Jose Leoncio, and must be received no later than 5:00 PM EST on July 7, 2026. Cancellations will be refunded the amount paid less a $35 processing fee. Refunds will be issued within two (2) weeks of receiving notification.
This cancellation notice applies to attendee registration only and does not apply to your hotel reservation. Hotel reservations must be canceled by you directly through the hotel.
Requests to transfer registration to another Kiwanian must be sent in writing by both parties to District Convention Chair, Jose Leoncio, before July 7, 2026.
No refunds, regardless of circumstances, will be issued for requests made after the July 7th deadline.
Anyone who has purchased a registration or a la carte meal ticket(s) and does not attend will NOT receive a refund.

FLORIDA KIWANIS FOUNDATION GOLF TOURNAMENT
One of the most talked about events at each DCON is the CARING CORNER, where we come together to raise money to provide funding for grants and educational support for our Service Leadership Programs (SLPs). There will be opportunities throughout the convention to purchase raffle tickets for baskets donated by divisions and clubs, and to participate in silent and live auctions for items donated by members and businesses. Be on the lookout for more information on how you can help make a positive impact on the future of our SLPs through this project.
For the right to enter the event, and for other consideration, the attendee hereby irrevocably permits, authorizes and licenses to the Florida District of Kiwanis to display, publicly perform, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, reproduce, alter, exploit, license, otherwise use and permit others to use attendee’s name, image, likeness and appearance, on a perpetual basis throughout the world and in any medium or format whatsoever now existing or hereafter created, including but not limited to, in and on print publications, electronic, magnetic and optical media, audio and audiovisual works, display, point-of-sale and other advertising and promotional materials, press releases, the internet, and in any other mediums for promotional purposes and any purpose, without further consent or royalty, payment or other compensation to the attendee, and without any further consents or consideration.
BYLAW AMENDMENTS
A club, by majority of its active members, may propose bylaw amendments to be considered at any convention of the district, provided they are submitted to the District Secretary not less than sixty (60) days prior to the date of the convention and they are in conformity with the Kiwanis International Bylaws and the Standard Form for District Bylaws. Bylaw amendments may also be proposed by the District Board. No later than thirty (30) days prior to the district convention, the District Secretary shall make available to each club in the district a copy of all proposed bylaw amendments. Amendments to the bylaws may be adopted by two-thirds (3/4) of the valid votes cast by the delegates and delegates-at-large present and voting.
RESOLUTIONS
A club, by majority of its active members, may propose resolutions amendments to be considered at any convention of the district, provided they are submitted to the District Secretary not less than sixty (60) days prior to the date of the convention. Resolutions may also be proposed by the District Board. All proposed resolutions shall be referred to the Committee on Resolutions for its consideration and recommendation to the District Board. The Committee may modify, combine, edit, or not accept any club proposals. The District Board shall have final authority on resolutions to be considered at the convention. No later than thirty (30) days prior to the district convention, the District Secretary shall make available to each club in the district a copy of all proposed resolutions other than those of memoriam and appreciation. Resolutions may be adopted by a majority of the valid votes cast by the delegates and delegates-at-large present and voting except those recommended by the Board less than sixty (60) days in advance which shall require two-thirds (2/3) vote to adopt.
